The sentence is almost flawless. I suppose you mean cheese, in which case the "ø" should be replaced by a "o". Otherwise you're having east (the direction) with bread. Another funny detail is that you're having bread with cheese after lunch instead of that being a part of the lunch.

Nice and short sentences. What I miss is explanation with some of them. Why "Jeg tager på arbejde" not "Jeg går på arbejde"?
